The National Weather Service forecast for the San Francisco Bay Area predicts mostly sunny skies on Monday, with highs in the 50s overnight in the 40s, with rain likely to begin in the late afternoon and evening.
The cool and rainy weather lasts until Wednesday as the low moves inland and thunderstorms can occur on Tuesday. Drier and warmer conditions are forecast later in the week.
