SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (KRON) – A suspect is in custody after barricading himself inside a house and assaulting an 81-year-old man on Monday, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
At around 3:27 p.m., police responded to a call from a man with a gun on the 800 block on 26th Avenue.
Officers arrived to find three female victims outside the residence. Police were told there were three other people in the house, including the suspect.

Authorities say the suspect is a family member and has closed the front door.
From the back of the house, officers saw the suspect hit an elderly man with a laptop.
The police took the suspect into custody.
The 81-year-old man was rushed to hospital in a life-threatening condition.
Two women, an 81-year-old and an 80-year-old, were also taken to the hospital in a non-life-threatening condition.

The police are continuing to investigate this incident. No further details were released at this point.
