While San Francisco has no shortage of places to experience, the upcoming MIRA building will add a sparkling and unique architectural element to the NorCal hotspot. The residential development is currently being carried out by Studio Gang’s architects and is expected to offer nearly 400 luxury condominiums with great views of the bay.

Real estate company Tishman Speyer commissioned the project and recently celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the 400-foot-high building in the Transbay district. Under the direction of Jeanne Gang from Studio Gang, who was recently named the sole architect on TIME’s list of 100 Most Influential People for 2019, the property is characterized by its characteristic spiral shape. The 480,000 square meter residence has a variety of amenities including a rooftop terrace, private lounge, fitness center, dog washing station, and conference room.

Apartments with one, two or three bedrooms are available, each with large bay windows for a panoramic experience. In addition to charging stations for electric vehicles, there is a valet service for up to 340 cars. In line with the region’s affinity for bicycles, there will also be space for up to 150 bicycles.

MIRA is scheduled to open at the end of 2019. Visit the property’s official website for more information.
