David Armor Architecture is looking for candidates for Junior / Intermediate Designer to support the design and execution of high-end residential projects under the direction of the client. Located in Lower Haight in our inspiring new light-filled studio with 5.50 m high ceilings.
JUNIOR / INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER ROLE: Providing key support for projects across the enterprise, including but not limited to the articulation of design elements; Documentation of the inventory; Preparation of construction documents and presentations; Participation in site visits; Support with project processes; and resource requirements of customers and companies. The qualified candidate will have unique experience with multiple projects at all levels and the opportunity to demonstrate value and grow within the company.
- 3-7 years of architectural experience
- Firsthand familiarity with architectural drawing sets and the design / delivery process
- Solid command of AutoCAD; Revit experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of common presentation / office programs
- Versatility – Self-starters with a solid work ethic
- Clear communication skills, positive attitude and ease of orientation
- 4-year architecture degree
