The Fremont credit bureau is the country’s top city for emotional and physical wellbeing, fifth for community and environment, and 46th for income – likely thanks to Tesla.
San Jose, located in the heart of Santa Clara County in Silicon Valley, also made the top five. Two cities in North Dakota – Fargo and Bismarck – ranked 2nd and 3rd – and Madison, Wisconsin ranked 4th.
