According to the National Weather Service, the Bay Area will continue to warm and trend on Saturday and weekend before temperatures cool again on Tuesday.

The mottled morning mist gives way to a sunny sky in the region on Saturday, with the daily highs between the mid-60s and mid-70s.

The calm winds will rise to 5 to 7 miles per hour in the afternoon before settling down again at night.

The night lows are predicted to be between the low 40s and the high 40s.

In the coastal areas, a high surf advisory applies at least until Saturday evening.
