At 4505 Burgers & BBQ, they work with farmers and ranchers to create high quality barbecues from animals that have been humanely raised with care. Equipped with one of the last historic wooden barbecue pits in the area, they are informed of the traditions and styles that lie ahead, and they honor the big names who wowed the pits in the wee hours of the night.

Smokin ‘warehouse barbecue The window was opened for the first time in October 2010. Owner Bill Lee had already started up his catering company BL Catering in the kitchen of his electrical warehouse for several years. He built the kitchen with the intention of feeding his family, friends, and employees. He then began supplying nonprofits as fundraisers and Christmas parties.
Hoping more people could try his food, he was inspired to open Smokin ‘Warehouse Barbecue. He hired additional cooks and staff to work on the menus and food, and to run the kitchen. They hold small to large lunches in the office, birthday parties, picnics or other events.
