4505 Burger & BBQ4505 Burger & BBQ

At 4505 Burgers & BBQ, they work with farmers and ranchers to create high quality barbecues from animals that have been humanely raised with care. Equipped with one of the last historic wooden barbecue pits in the area, they are informed of the traditions and styles that lie ahead, and they honor the big names who wowed the pits in the wee hours of the night.

Since the 4505s when Ryan started selling chicharrones at the farmers market, they have made an effort to keep it simple and always follow their stomachs. They respect those who came before them, but they do things in their own way, the 4505 way.

ā€œAuthentic Chinese grill skewers. My grill place when I want extra garlic and spices! They have a really good flavorful garlic season for their oysters and eggplants. The portions here are generally larger than some other Chinese skewer shops. The prices are pretty good too. “- Alan C.
